It's a known issue that Samsung released a fix for at the beginning of May.
If you're on O2 firmware, you need to wait until O2 roll it out but if on Samsung firmware, check for phone updates now.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Stuking1 it may be a sim issue. Take out the sim, clean it gently, reinsert and reboot the phone....See if that works..

Edited to add..if no improvement then give Samsung a call. They give a 2 year warranty http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

Edited again to correct the warranty period...wink

Yeah, once the update comes to your device it's fixed.
In the following update you get, you'll also have the display gamut corrected, the exynos CPU optimised better and better battery life.
