I have free European roaming on my contact but am unsure of how it works.
I know the calls made in another European country come out of my monthly allowance but I can't find information on what this actually means in practise.
1. Calls within the country you are in come out of your allowance.
2. What about calling UK from Europe? Are these calls taken off your allowance and therefore free or do you pay for them?
3. Are calls includes in the allowance only within one European country whilst you are there or are you allowed to call from Germany to France for instance without incurring extra charges?
4. If our calls back to UK are included in free roaming why isn't the reverse possible i.e. calls from UK to any other European country??
When I was given free roaming with my latest contract there were very few details telling you waist it actually meant.
Of course soon free roaming in EU becomes compulsory on all carriers. What happens after Brexit??
