Morning @Simply79
Apparently it is 14-40 days (a total of 54 days) before you could receive the tablet, subject to availability.
We have had a number of queries regarding the free tablet and I would suggest your best bet is to contact Customer Services to see if they have a date when the tablets will start being despatched.

Between 8-8:30am is the best time to ring to avoid a long wait.
Good luck and welcome to the forum.

I hope customers get these within the timescales quoted. I envision lots of angry posts in the coming month or so.....

'Apparently' there is no need to contact customer services as they will be dispatched as and when theybecome available.
That wouldn't do for me at all. If they were part of a promotion ....after 14 days I would be on that phone making a nuisance of myself!

Don't you just love promotions by O2........
I would certainly not want to wait after 14 days 😡
