Resolved! O2 contract bought from car phone warehouse

Bought an iPhone se on a pay monthly contract for my daughter from car phone warehouse, this is meant to be linked to my account with o2 so that I can view the data allowance etc.... but I can’t view the new bill only my own bill? Any help?
