I bought a new phone in o2shop. Got an email saying I was entitled to a set of air buds when I went into shop code did not work what do I do?

When ordering it has been suggested that you choose to pay in full and then apply the code.
If this does not work, you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You got a code!? I'm still waiting, 36 days now. I was told I'd get one in 48 hours, that was 3 days ago. This doesn't fill me with much hope
