Free Sony Headphones with pre-order Xperia 1 ii

Hi. I've not received my headphones as part of the Xperia 1 ii offer. I ordered the phone on the 1st pre order date and received it on the release date. On the 2nd July Redemption asked me for phone I'd etc which I sent. They responded by saying it's with the validation team. No communication since. I've sent an email to them. Can O2 step in and move this on please.

No O2 can't help, sorry. The promotion is in the hands of Sony.

According to our Sony expert @viridis,  they are waiting for new stock of the headphones.
