Can anyone tell me please how long it takes for the free £10 credit to be added to my account. Thank you

Usually 24 to 48 hours but we know of 5 days recently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
