Hi all,

I received a call from this number 0114 356 0018 they said they are calling from O2 retentions department and continued that they are offering 45%discount on existing customers as they received complaints. After this message they sent 2 messages and they asked me to confirm the 6 digit code they sent me. I responded saying that sorry the message said not to share this code even with O2 staff. She continued to explain that there are many departments and only retentions has the power to validate the codes. I am not sure if my account has been compromised. Did anyone else had this issue.
