As I know of no other way to do this I will place it here.
I would like to make a formal complaint against the chat operative Jacinta as she would not sort out my issue or get someone who could so she just transferred me to another chat operative who also cannot sort this issue (those at 02 can access the transcript of this still ongoing conversation that is presently with a Christo.

chat is naff for expecting too much to be done, email complaints take 5-7 working days to get a reply, phone 202 from your pay monthly mobile
