As I know of no other way to do this I will place it here.

I would like to make a formal complaint against the chat operative Jacinta as she would not sort out my issue or get someone who could so she just transferred me to another chat operative who also cannot sort this issue (those at 02 can access the transcript of this still ongoing conversation that is presently with a Christo.

Chat is not really very good at sorting issues out (OK for run of the mill stuff but nothing specialised). You are better off calling CS on 202 (contract) or 4445 (PAYG).

I called 202 three days ago and they still have not sorted it

If you have a valid issue CS will sort it out for you. Sometimes though customers have expectations which exceed reality. Without knowing the details of your issue it's difficult to comment or advise further....

chat is naff for expecting too much to be done, email complaints take 5-7 working days to get a reply, phone 202 from your pay monthly mobile

your lucky i just got phone put down on me. customer service is appalling, plus their automated service is customer lazy and only add to fuel to an already burning fire how stupid are these companies... all they want is your money through constant greed and not really interested in you as a customer or giving service where you can speak to a human being because annoying automated messages which run up your bill and again lines their pockets and saves on wages..pure greed all the big companies are the same.

Strange, CS calls are free for Pay Monthly and 25 pence for Pay and Go customers.
