Formal complaint

Anonymous
Not applicable

As I know of no other way to do this I will place it here.

I would like to make a formal complaint against the chat operative Jacinta as she would not sort out my issue or get someone who could so she just transferred me to another chat operative who also cannot sort this issue (those at 02 can access the transcript of this still ongoing conversation that is presently with a Christo.

Don't know 'cause we're "stupid" wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Well, it's great of them to suggest calling 202, but since they have disconnected my service altogether, I can't even call 202. Been stuck for 5 days abroad with no mobile connection, despite having paid the bill. This is next level failures in customer service.

I have wasted 1,5 hours chatting to 2 various people, and was offered to be transferred to a THIRD one after that!

Are you saying O2 have caused you a problem by cutting off your phone because you didn't pay the bill on time?

They tend to do that, they'll charge you to re-connect it too.

Do you have a direct debit set up?

Are you saying the bill was paid on time but you were disconnected?
