Just received an unexpected charge of £6 to my monthly bill due to Fitguru. They had sent a text asking to sign up to some rubbish. I deleted this text and did NOT activate anything. Is this allowed?
Do O2 refund this?

You can also contact customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
and ask them to put the following 2 bars on your account
- Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
- Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
