Hi there i am very confused Hope someone can help,
I recently took out a contract device and airtime plan ( Started 19/11/23) My 02 app is saying my bill will be available on the 03/12/2023 which is 2 weeks after activation which i fully understand. My enquiry is it says the bill will be available on the 03/12/2023 but due on the 05/12/2023 is this the Device plan and Air time plan that needs to be paid on the 05/12/2023. I also do understand that the bill will be higher because of the 2 week gap of used air time plan. The app is also saying there is another payment due on the 17/12/2023 is there 2 payments in 1 month i don't know about

There are 2 payments
One for the device and one for the airtime.
The two together should come to the total amount agreed

Hi there thank you for you're reply, So would you say that the official generation bill date would be the 3rd as my other device on the same account is the 3rd every month then the final pay due date would be the 17th, Would the payments be taken all in one after this month Thanks

You will always have 2 direct debits
They should be taken the same day

According to the my 02 app this isn't the case I have 1 due on the 4th which I'm assuming is the air time plan as that's 2 weeks from activation. And another due on the 17th which I'm assuming is the device plan

And that should be after the first month as just now I have 1 payment due 4th and 1 at 17th. Would you be able to say is the first bill the air time plan then it'll be the device plan after that.
