Having set up a family plan for my daughter this week the bill is not reflecting my discount why would thsi be do I need o do something to make sure I get the Family Discount I have not activated the SIM supplied until I know I am getting what was promised

If it’s your first bill then the price will be slightly higher. Your discount will show as a bolt on. You might need to call customer service to get it applied. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
