Morning All,
I've just upgraded to the S20 and added the family plan discount on to the account again for it but can some please confirm is this is right
Line 1 No Discount
Line 2 20% Discount
Line 3 20% Discount
Line 4 40 % Discount
Line 5 40 % Discount
I think I'm missing the 30% discount and i think the Line 3 should be 30% discount customer service says that the discount are correct ?

the discounts were working fine up to the upgrade to the S20 and this is when they all have gone wrong looking at the bill the s20 line does have a discount and one of the other lines is still showing the discount however 2 lines that did have discount no longer have discount on them ( they did up to last months bill) hope this makes sense @MI5 and thanks for trying to help

Yeah and got confirmation it was all set up for all the number's
This is what on line account is showing
Number ending 75 shows 40% Discount (I can see this on Bill)
Number ending 26 shows 20% Discount (I can see this on Bill)
Number ending 48 shows 20% Discount
Number ending 20 This is the Main Number so no Discount
Number ending 76 shows 40% Discount
