I have recently made a new purchase. My o2 says i have extras i can claim but when i go on the page theres nothing showing?

Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras  may help. Sometimes there is a lag if you have just joined O2, and the wee small hours are when O2 update their systems - try again later this morning. Good luck, @Fender.
