Hi, I need some help. I activated my extra for DisneyPlus and it says it's active and renews in April 2022. But it's not been applied to my Disney Plus account. It says my sub runs out 17th of November when logged in to Disney Plus. Did I do something wrong? I went through the activation steps, typed in my username and password, but it's not been applied.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
