Extra phone charge on account

Just checked my account.. I made a phone call to another UK mobile at 7.05 on Apr 4th.(sat night). Unpon checking my account, o2 are trying to charge £32 for this call??? I have unlimited mins on my account to all UK mobiles. The other person was UK based so no cross border calls etc. When checking the rates, o2 are saying its 'other rates'. Why would this be

Are you sure it is a UK mobile and not one originating from Guernsey or Jersey?

I don't see why... I use the mobile number all the time. Its my sons friends mobile number, which he called. The app shows the phone call was made to the mobile... Less than 5 mins away so in the UK etc

Def not. Phone call was made, Northern Ireland to Northern Ireland.
