I have extra charges that I want to pay now as my services have been restricted. My bill is not due for another 10 days. I've called and the automated message is I owe zero. How do I pay through my app as it is only showing device and airtime both of which are up to date

You will need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 and speak to the Payment Management Team, who can help with this

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
