I pay the bill for my ex partner and hes been charging things to his bill. Some one please help me cancel this as cant keep paying it

Is the contract in his name or yours?

If yours you can contact customer services and ask for a bar to Charge to mobile..

Ask customer service to apply a zero spend cap, block all charge to mobile actions and change the account password.

How do I contact customer services though as there's no number online for them and just keeps taking me to the accounts and billing section on line

@beccyboo35  Unfortunately for that you need to call 202 from your mobile to turn off charge to mobile
