@brownbegonina SB7 Mobile are notorious for this type of scam. Take a look at their Trustpilot reviews: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/sb7mobile.com. Make sure that you leave your own review.
O2 are supposed to have put measures in place to prevent fraud. These include PIN verification of this type of "subscription". Ask SB7 to provide their evidence that this process was followed. Sadly it is increasingly obvious that the PIN verification rules are being cynically flouted by some of these fraudsters and that O2 have no interest in enforcing them.
Report this fraud to the regulator - the Phone-paid Services Authority. Sadly they won't help you get your money back, but if they get enough comlaints they may take action against the company.

O2 are not an FCA approved payment processor, so it is unwise to pay for any "third party" service by charging it to your phone bill. These scam companies can often be distinguished by the fact that the ONLY way to pay is through your phone bill! An FCA authorised payment processor wouldn't tolerate the level of complaints generated by these fraudsters.
Because O2 are not an approved payment processor they don't have to investigate complaints, stop payments or act to stop fraud. All you can do is to ask O2 to place a "charge to mobile" bar on your account to protect yourself from this form of fraud in the future.
For full information on the steps you can take, look here: https://payforitsucks.co.uk/o2-payforit-faq/
I hope you manage to resolve your issue.
