Experia Z3 - Data usage

I've had a Z3 since the end of November;  I'm on 500m of data but since I've had it, it's all getting used up too quickly??  I've gotthings set to 'restrict bacckground data', so it only does downloads and updates when I'm on wi-fi, but it still gets used!  I don't go on anything different to my previous phone and I don't play games or have loads of apps.  Anyone know what I'm doing wrong/missing?

It doesn't hurt disabling Facebook with Xperia apps in the app manager settings. Unless of course you really need them.

sorry, it has to be something else.  I've have 'autoplay on wi-fi  only' set for over a month 😞

I would still turn it off. Don't trust Facebook to get anything right

How much Data does it show Facebook using tho?
If the phone reports that chrome and Facebook are using the bulk of data then they 100% are using what it says at least.

Facebook is by far the biggest user of data.  But also check Chrome settings, especially data usage reporting back to Google.
