The thing is I’ve still got 19.50 out of 20gb allowance which ovouisly using as a guide so didn’t run into extra costs , then all of sudden phone refreshes and still 19.50GB data left but a bill of £186 on top !!!! And have international bolt Ons ... . And was connected to Wifi 90 % of the two yes two days !!! I can not keep putting up with this over priced service provider ☹️☹️☹️

@LLOYDB50

International bolt ons only work whilst in UK.

If you travel to a non O2 travel zone, data is £7.20 + vat per mb.

Your UK allowances don't work in those zones.

Re: Excessive data charges

Well somehow, maybe the wifi dropped out, but you've used around 21mb.

Re: Excessive data charges

This sounds like WhatsApp has done its backup, when it was back online, its quick and you wouldnt even know it was run, if it didnt have a connection issue.
