Can some one please tell me how I can get charges of £186 on top data charges for two days abroad just buy checking WhatsApp messages a few times ? The thing is I’ve still got 19.50 out of 20gb allowance which ovouisly using as a guide so didn’t run into extra costs , then all of sudden phone refreshes and still 19.50GB data left but a bill of £186 on top !!!! And have international bolt Ons ... . And was connected to Wifi 90 % of the two yes two days !!! I can not keep putting up with this over priced service provider ☹️☹️☹️

International bolt ons only work whilst in UK.
If you travel to a non O2 travel zone, data is £7.20 + vat per mb.
Your UK allowances don't work in those zones.

Well somehow, maybe the wifi dropped out, but you've used around 21mb.

This sounds like WhatsApp has done its backup, when it was back online, its quick and you wouldnt even know it was run, if it didnt have a connection issue.
