I've discovered that for the last 3 months that despite my mother and I both having pay monthly contracts with O2 that when she has been calling me she has been being charged for this to a quite considerable amount. No other number she has been calling or anyone else that has called me seems to have been charged. Would anybody have an explanation other than O2 have made a billing mistake

Problem seems to have been traced to my mothers account but there has been no explanation from 02 yet for the high call charges. They couldnt solve it on a phone call and have said they need to investigate and will call back.
