Hi,
I've received a new phone today and I have transferred everything across, but the new phone isn't connecting to the network. When setting up the phone, it asked for me to scan a QR code but as far as I can tell there wasn't one (I searched on the phone packaging and logged into my O2 account - nothing). I then skipped the step and now I cannot seem to connect to a network, I'm still connected on my old phone instead. When I go to 'add esim' on settings, it says 'no esims found', and asks me to scan a QR code, which again I cannot find. Any help much appreciated!
