Error code 14 - Apple Iwatch

Upgraded my IPhone 2 months ago and my Iwatch hasn’t worked since. Both devices are with O2.

Called O2 a number of times and eventually the agent swapped my IPhone Sim to an ESIM and said this should then allow the watch to setup cellular again. NO!

I have been into an O2 store who said swapping the IPhone sim wouldn’t do anything and that’s why it didn’t work.

The shop agent called someone at O2 and asked for the ESIM for the watch to be reset… but this still hasn’t worked.

Any suggestions.

@BMS79

Have you searched this forum for help ? There have been lots of posts recently about Apple watches, some with solutions that have worked for some.

There have been reports from some members of this working :-

Go to Settings > Mobile Service. Scroll down to "Apps by usage" and turn OFF "Watch".

Go back to the Watch app on your 'phone and go through the mobile plan set-up again.

Go back to Settings > Mobile Service and turn "Watch" back on.

If that doesn't help, I am afraid to say that its back to Customer Services on 202.
