I topped up £15 to unlock my device my o2 then decided on its own accord to get me on a tariff and take out £10 I need to reverse this

You need to call 4445 and ask to be put on simply pay as you go tarrif.
You are in the wrong tariff for unlocking.

@MI5weren't we told the other day that PAYG phones dont need to be topped up to get them unlocked? Or have I got that wrong?
