Hi guys,
Around a month ago I went into an O2 store to do the switch up to upgrade to a new iPhone 15 pro max, due to no stock and was told I'd be sent a text when my new phone was in stock. However, around a week ago my mother recieved an email from O2 saying that a device and sim card had been sent out for delivery and that it would arrive in 3 days. Due to it being sent to her email address and not mine we were confused and now a week later nothing has still turned up at the door and I was just wondering if this was infact my new phone or some dort of mistake?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Ryan

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Lots of scams out there so I hope your mother hasn't been a victim
Get her to check My O2 for recent orders

@RyanStevenF Whose name is the account in? Yours or your mother's?
