If you are on a flex tariff you can change in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi

You can change your tariff on My O2 this can only be done once every 30 days so if you have changed it recently you may need to wait until the 30 days have passed to change it again, in the mean time you can but a one off data bolt on via my o2.

Thanks. When I try to do this, it tells me I cannot change for 30 days. That's fine if I can change down but I'm concerned that it might be up only!
How can I be sure its a flex tariff?

@PJNBDS

All of our new O2 Refresh tariffs bought on or after 22 March 2018 are flexible. This means you can change your airtime tariff up or down, once a month.
