Can anyone advise please as it’s not possible to contact o2. No customer service email, can’t get through on the phone and online chat is basically not in use by them.
Problem I need resolved/ an answer to is why i have (again) been double billed?
I have had x2 payments taken in January for my sim both for the plan & not extras, with another payment due on his month in February.
They have taken double the amount, double billed me for the same plan and I can’t even get in touch with what is supposed to he a communications company?

Like a lot of companies, o2 no longer offer email support, it is not a secure method of communication and is fraught with issues, trust me (I manage email services)..
You can contact o2 via phone on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 or via social media, you can send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW)
