Does the Big Talker tariff allow 4G access?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Any info on this would be great slight_smile Checking online in relation to 4G access on Pay&Go I can find no information to suggest that 4G is not supported on the Big Talker tariff however upon dialing 2202 the IVR service asvises that 4G access is not allowed on this tariff? Is this something that o2 Customer Service could enable on my account?

Yes, you can get 4g on the big talker.
If it's not enabled automatically, just give CS a call on 4445 and they will switch it on for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
