I have no need to upgrade my phone. Shouldn't my tariff reduce if I have past my contract date?

@Sue014 If you were on a Refresh contract you should now only be paying for the airtime: How does O2 Refresh work?

If that is the case, you can now look at sim only tariffs to see if you can get one for less than you're paying now.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Sue014

Regardless of previous contract type, you should now upgrade to a sim only as you will save money https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/sim-only-deals#deviceType=phone&contractLength=Featured

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
