Just wondering if calling an 0300 number from my mobile will cost or come from my inclusive minutes?

How can that be if they are not providing you with a service surely you can't be expected to pay for something your not getting

If your contract is terminated as a result of breaching o2's terms and conditions then it would in law be effectively that you have failed to abide by the contract so yes you would be liable. O2 wouldn't terminate a contract that is being used appropriately.

And not just on 03 numbers been happening on 07 as well

Usually you would get a warning first. If you continued you would be cut off, so ignorance would not be accepted as an excuse....

The simple solution of course is don't do it.

Then there is no problem. There are plenty of landline short codes available for cheaper calls abroad (assuming you have a landline of course)

No, if you're using a specialised 03 number to avoid paying the full price you are well aware of it and they wouldn't have to give any warning of shutting off your phone.
