I am still waiting on one of my phone numbers to be ported - when I spoke to one of you agents she suggested it would be within 48 hours. We have now exceeded this and I am concerned.
please can you get in touch and let me know what is happening. I have attached the part of the order that we are waiting on (SIM card has been received).
