Yes, tablet or mobile broadband are all data only.

Unfortunately I cannot use it as I have no 5g in my area.

I have a Broadband site ryoku.network.

If I get customers in their 5 g area I will send then a sim with the packages.

They work on 3g and 4g too, not just 5g.
