How do I get access to my Disney+ account, I thought I had registered, but not getting an email when I ask to reset my password.

Since this has been ongoing for several customers for weeks I would advise avoiding Capita customer care and emailing the Chief Executive who will get the marketing department on the case - a actual o2 department. Doubtful it’s even been raised by Capita staff to Disney there is something wrong in their agreement technically with sign ups.
