How do I get access to my Disney+ account, I thought I had registered, but not getting an email when I ask to reset my password.

Hi you should recieve an email asking you to activate your o2 extra. Have you recieved this at all?

This is what should happen

Find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer.

It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in. 

Your voucher code should be filled in automatically

 

If that isn't happening then contact O2 to apply it manually for you.

Thanks, it is already applied and I thought I had activated it, for some reason it doesn’t work. Have spoken to o2 and they don’t seem to be able to resend the email, just sent the the link to the extra bolt on. Thanks for your help

I'm having the same issue. Clicked link in email for my Disney+ 6 months free, sent to Disney+ site, I created an account and now I've tried to log back in it says my free trial has ended and when I try to go back to the email from O2 with the Disney plus link, that the code has been used. Very frustrating.
Is there anything O2 can do? I can't seem to fi d a contact number or email.
I thought I'd signed up to Disney+ with the O2 6 months code but now can't use it without paying. This is very frustrating as I chose to stay with O2 because this was offered.
Can O2 please provide me with a other code and Rei stage the 6mths of Disney+ please???
