Hi I have 2 phone lines on my account and both come with a month free Disney plus- I activated the first one fine but when I tried to activate the second one it doesn’t work- even with different email and password? Surely I should be able to claim the other month free with the new phone line?

You can only have one free trial of Disney on your account. You can't stack them.
Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
If you are trying to add it to a different device with a new email and password then you need to contact O2.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
