Can't get my bill to show it keeps saying there has been a problem try later

Hi all has anybody else not been able to get there bill up and if anybody knows y that would be good to know thanks

A few people are having the same problem sadly. Have you tried it on the website on a PC?

You could try deleting the app and reinstalling.

If nothing works then you need to report the issue to O2. They may be able to reset your account.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am
