Disney+ extra error

I upgraded 2 weeks ago and trying to add the disney+ extra but clicking on the add extra button, accepting the terms and conditions comes up with the error "oops sorry we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again". I've tried this multiple times and it hasn't worked. Would like to get it working before the cut off period.

There is a known issue that O2 are working on.

@O2Georgina will be back on Monday with more info and hopefully a fix.

In the meantime you can call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
