Want to upgrade Disney to Premium

Hello. Last month I signed for 6 months of Disney+ (standard). However I would like to upgrade to Premium but on the 'Manage this Extra' is greyed out and I cannot change this. Can I not upgrade within the 6 months initial period?

Have you tried on the Disney+ website or the app itself?

Hi. I tried via O2 app and website and both had the 'Manage My Extras' greyed out. I tried via Disneyplus and my Account but this said Manage on O2, so I'm a bit stuck

Yes you have to be outside of the 6months minimum term (as per the t&c's set by o2 and Disney)

OK that's a shame. Surprised as O2 will be missing out on a few £££ by upgrading to Premium. Will I not get the option to Manage My Extra until the 6 months is up then? Will I get the option to stop auto-renew before the 6 months ends?

You can stop auto renew at any time, although the extra will run for the time given

When the 6 months are up, you can choose to  pay for premium, through My O2
