Hi
I signed up to the 6 month free Disney Plus when I took out my new pay monthly contract. The 6 months free is coming to an end and I can't see anyway to cancel it. I have tried the website, MyO2 and Disney Plus website. They all say that I have Disney Plus subscription linked to my o2 account but there is no option to clisk on the Disney PLus subscription to obtain any informatio let alone cancel it. As there is no way to contact o2 other than to wait on the phone (which is meant for urgent queries only) or write them a letter, can anyone help me please?

You click on the + sign in the extra and it opens the options
One of them is to turn off auto renew.

Thanks a lot for your help. I've been looking everywhere for that option, didnt realise the '+' was a drop down menu type thing, I just thought it was part of the website aesthetics

i have the same problem but in my case i do not have account with O2 because i cancelled it a year ago but i still have the subscription with disney plus through O2. So I cannot cancel with Disney and i do not have account with O2.
So how can i solve this issue?
