Disney Plus: Legal Documents (66) in App, Web Spinner constantly spinning

Morning,

 

I seem to be unable to redeem the 6 months free for Disney+, through the app I get a error code 66 with legal documents absent and then through desktop I just the spinner indefinitely for Disney+ site.

 

Anyone seen something similar? And can help resolve?
