Good morning,
Yesterday i attempted to upgrade my current phone to the oppo find x2.
Went through the whole process through the MyO2 app. O2 even offered to pay off my last £44 to upgrade early.
As i said, went through the whole process, recieved my legal documents in my email, ticked all the boxes, virtually signed the agreements, pressed finalise and recieved the "Oops somethings gone wrong" message.
I contacted CS on the online chat and the lady said i should try again after a few hours, but when i do attempt to do it again i get stuck on a loading screen with a spinning circle.
Please help, i was hoping to be able to get the B&O headphones.
