I am having the same issue, every time I try to add the extra I get the "Sorry, we weren't able to add your extra. Please try again." error message. Are you able to help?
I actually cancelled this extra yesterday, but have changed my mind and would like to add it again so not sure if that has an impact?

I am also not able to activate this extra as I'm just being given an error message... What's the solution to this?
