Disney+ 6month activation

I got the 6 months free disney+ offer so I redeemed the code and activated. Now I keep getting emails telling me to activate in the next few days. When I try to activate again it says I have already activated but on my o2 dashboard it says I still need to activate. When I try to activate it says to check on Disney+. When I go to my disney  account it says I have an o2 subscription and I can manage it in o2. So I don't know what is going on and if I will lose my subscription in the next few days? I tried calling customer services but was on hold for 38mins before being cut off.

It's a known glitch in the system

Just ignore the emails and My O2

As long as it shows as O2 subscription you definitely have it for 6 months @phuduhudu 

Usually after a week the system clears so emails and My O2 will catch up.

It keeps saying that for the first 28 days after that it will stop.
