Discounted Sim Only Deal


Afternoon All.


I've recently moved to a sim only deal  £19pm discounted to £13pm for 12 months.


I've waited for my first full month's bill (to avoid pro-rata issues) but the discount quoted for the first full month is £5 rather than the £6 expected.  O2 chat tells me this relates to VAT and their phone support tells me it is another aspect of pro-rata.


Surely if I sign up for a £13pm Sim I should be charged £13 for a full month (until the RPI increase of course).  Any assistance in understanding this/doing something about it would be gratefully received.

Check what bolt on you have applied and if it’s correct.
