I work for network rail and entitled to a discount, has anyone else had problems getting the discount applied to their account.

As an employee of Network Rail we get a Discount 02 open this gives us 30% off our bill.
I took an upgrade last week and have been trying to get the discount applied to my account since 6 calls 2 being cut off and then customer services giving me another code to text through and still havent got a text to say if this has failed or not.

Can be done by texting Open to 2020. I have the same discount via my employer. I did this and recieved a text back to which I had to reply with certian details and within 24 hrs the discount was applied to my account.

The terms state clearly that this can only be done in an O2 store.

Hello All,
Does anyone know when the 30% discount will be applied to the Iphone5S? I believe the Iphone5C was applied in the last month. (For Emergency services)

Where was the upgrade done? O2 Open discounts can only be applied on Refresh tariffs, so if upgrade/new connection was done @ 3rd party shops then unfortunately it won't be applied.
