Disconnection during call

I have been happy with my service until recently, i have been getting poor quality sound and my phone disconnects after a short time

First thing to try is replacing the sim card

Easiest way is an O2 store

This may not apply to you but I believe iPhone 12 and 13 models had some issues with disconnections and I experienced this.  It seemed to happen when moving from one mast to another.  The latest iOS update was documented to address this.
